Introduction
The SMS(P) Tennis Programme serves as an avenue to promote greater interest in tennis among students of St. Margaret's.
Through a series of training programmes prepared by our coaches, we hope to help students pick up a new skill.

To prepare the junior and senior teams for the National Games Tennis Championships.
Activities Online
Begin with warm-up activities which include running and stretching exercises.
Teams continue with drills and practices, skills honing and physical training.
Coaches and teachers give debrief on the day's training.
