Introduction
The Modular Sports CCA provides students with an opportunity to develop their athletic abilities and enhance their skills in sports movement and manipulation, with a focus on floorball this year.
Through these engaging recreational sessions, students gain both practical skills and a foundational understanding of the sport while actively participating in team-based activities. They explore essential floorball techniques such as proper grip, stick handling, passing, shooting, and positioning, while also learning the rules and flow of the game.
In addition to building their physical competencies, students embody school values through individual responsibility and teamwork, with a strong emphasis on sportsmanship and fair play. The program aims to nurture a lifelong interest in sports and encourage active, healthy lifestyles among students.
Objectives
1. To provide opportunities for students to develop their skills and appreciation for Floorball, while discovering their sporting strengths and passion. 2. To nurture girls of character through Floorball, anchored on the values of Life-long Learning, Integrity, Graciousness, Humility and Tenacity (LIGHT).
