Blessed to be a Blessing
St Margaret’s Primary and Secondary Schools celebrate our 170th Anniversary in 2012. The theme for the celebration is ‘Blessed to be a Blessing’. Our school will also be adopting this theme for the whole year. We would like to teach our pupils to reflect upon the many blessings in their lives and how they could be a blessing to others in return. Many of our programmes will be aligned to this theme.

Green Dot Fiesta
The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and the school will hold the annual Green Dot Fiesta on Saturday, 30 June. This year, it will come in the exciting form of a food and fun fair. In line with our theme ‘Blessed to be a Blessing’ for the year, it will be a day of meaningful giving and enjoyment. The event will be open to only invited guests at 9 am. They include 40 elderly members from PEACE-Connect Neighbourhood Link, 40 children on Financial Assistance Scheme from City Community Services and 40 mothers and children from the Family Care Centre.
All pupils, parents and public are invited to join us from 10 am to 4 pm and the proceeds from the event will go to the Singapore Anglican Community Services. We hope to have your full support and participation in this worthwhile event.
